What it does
Buy Together allows community members (such as college dorms, office teams, and neighborhood groups) to naturally express what items they need in chat using English, Hindi, or Hinglish (e.g. "bhai 2 notebook aur ek blue pen"). Google Gemini extracts structured purchase items with zero-trust Pydantic validation, while project managers inspect dynamic aggregated demands, assign unit prices, track total budgets, and export consolidated procurement lists.
Why it was built
Built for Hacktoberfest Hack Days Indore to eliminate chaotic chat group lists and manual spreadsheet reconciliation in community group orders.
